Linda Rhodes, Human Resource Manager
Linda Rhodes, Human Resource Manager, is the "glue" that keeps True North Hotel Group running smoothly. Touching all aspects of the company, she specifically manages its Human Resources responsibilities.
A native Kansan who has worked in the hospitality industry since the late 1980s, Linda joined True North Hotel Group in 1998 after working in the catering department at the Hyatt Regency Kansas City. Before that, Linda held sales, convention services and catering positions at the city's Westin Crown Center.
In 1994, as Director of Catering at Peter Island in the British Virgin Islands, she had the opportunity to assist in the coordination of the wedding of Mitch Albom, Pulitzer Prize-winning sports writer for the Detroit Free Press and author of Tuesdays with Morrie.
Linda holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Human Resources, with a minor in Women's Studies, from Ottawa University.
