I am writing to share my appreciation for your exceptional team member, Allie Wilson. My team, especially my executive assistant, Susan, has worked with Allie for the past few years while Allie has been at the Marlborough Hyatt Apex Center. Susan has expressed to me, more than a few times, how easy Allie is to work with and how deeply she has supported the success of our meetings.

This year, our department hosted three major events with senior leaders. A meeting we hosted in August housed the top 25 executives from across the globe. These events are high-visibility, high-priority, and incredibly demanding on our teams (as well as our external partners).

Throughout the planning, Allie always replied within moments, at most, within a few hours. Her replies were always pleasant, helpful, and very professional. She caught details that we sometimes missed and fixed them without hesitation. Allie has gone above and beyond numerous times, accommodating last-minute changes and special requests from our guests.

After our August meeting, the feedback we heard from executives was “flawless.” That feedback, from 25 seasoned world-travelers, should speak volumes about Allie’s skill.
